Vlad Bilous started Under Cover Patio & Construction Inc. after years of watching California homeowners pay for outdoor structures that warped, faded, or were never permitted. He decided to build the opposite company: American aluminum, real engineering, honest pricing, and one accountable name on the license.
8+ years and 1200+ completed projects later, that has not changed. Vlad still takes the measurements, still reviews every factory order, and still performs the final walkthrough himself.
